Kudos to Abie from front desk for trying hard to remedy the situation. Shoutout also to Prabin who was pleasant and helpful in onboarding us, and to Emmanuel for his enthusiastic talk about food at the hotel. Ah yes, the hotel is near local eateries and a laundromat. "
