"We arrived and they could not find our Expedia reservation. They had us waiting for almos 4 hours before giving us a room!! Besides the employies at front desk rude and not helpful at all. They complete ignored us most of the time. Last but not least we book a 3 person bedroom and they gave us a one bed room only suitable for 2. When I went to complain they told me that was tue only option and they offered an extra mini bed with additional cost when I had alreeady paid for 3 Then the next day...
