"Cheap and basic. $10 a night so you get what you pay for.... Bed and pillow were very old and not comfortable. A/c works good. Walking distance to all kinds of food and 24 hour Al's alfa Mart. Tiny room, hot shower."

"For the price of the room i think it was an excellent place to stay. The breakfast buffet was awesome, the staff and security was super friendly. The room itself had cold AC hot water and clean linens. You can pick it apart if you are that type but being from the US for what i paid i was extremely satisfied with the establishmnet. The area around the hotel might not be great for walking at night for some people, i would say it seems safe to me but im 6,1 man. I dont think a yone would bother you...

"Wonderful family hotel with clean swimming pools, good buffets, clean rooms and several kids activities (foam party !). Would defenitely consider coming back. One negative was the size of the standard room which does not fit a kids bed, so we were forced to upgrade."

"We arrived and they could not find our Expedia reservation. They had us waiting for almos 4 hours before giving us a room!! Besides the employies at front desk rude and not helpful at all. They complete ignored us most of the time. Last but not least we book a 3 person bedroom and they gave us a one bed room only suitable for 2. When I went to complain they told me that was tue only option and they offered an extra mini bed with additional cost when I had alreeady paid for 3 Then the next day...

"I would like to thank the staff for their excellent customer service in two ways. On my first stay on arrival in Jakarta (ahead of a 10-day SCUBA cruise in the Raja Ampat region), I had forgotten my travel converter in my hotel room. Upon returning to the hotel after my SCUBA cruise, housekeeping had taken the travel converter to Lost & Found and I was able to recover it easily and quickly! :) Also, upon my first arrival in Jakarta, my luggage did not arrive with me from Taiwan via EVA...
