"Excellent hotel for its location only sad issue is how busy the road is on front of the hotel,. Not the hotels fault but a reflection of the developments in the Highlands since the hotel was built and can imoact on some rooms staff friendly and effient good standard of food but shame not a wider selection of fruit at breakfast "

"Lived our stay at this beautiful hotel. It was close to everything and we walked everywhere. A nice park across the street with a clock tower all lit up. Lots of dining options in the town and the food at the restaurant onsite was good too. Breakfast was plentiful. Small gripe…gym was small and no pool. "

"Ok, I have no axe to grind and I do understand that this is an old place which harks back to the 1930s and 40s. Also, the staff were wonderful. But. I had to recheck the description on the Hotels.com website for the Raffles suite. The pictures were clearly the room type that I had booked but the room had been dressed for the photos. Reality was vastly different. The room was dingy, slightly mildewy and tatty. The bathroom was a disaster area. The eco light bulb shed a dim glow over a hostel like...

"The hotel is new and is strategically located where you can easily walk out for meals or getting some basic items from the convenience stores. I think the staff needs more training to build a more hospitality working culture but I do appreciate that the hotel is located in a place where staffing may be hard to come by. "
