"Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good. I liked they had free parking. Very clean. What I didnt like was we were told they only provided transportation Thursday to Sunday. We were there on Monday, the day before New Years Eve. Very dissapointing we were not told this ahead of time and ended up walking to Bush Gardens. Several people I heard talking about it and were upset about it also. That was one of the reasons we chose this hotel."

"It’s a nice hotel. My only problem was the bed. It was not comfortable. The structure of the bed was weird. The pillows were too soft. Me personally. I like firm pillows,. Overall, my stay was good. Housekeeping and management staff were professional and helpful."
