"I highly recommend Greg as a host and Villa Almendro as a comfortable place to stay in Santa Teresa. If you want to be close to the beach, shops and restaurants, without being smack in the center of town, you won't find a better location. "We really recommend this house located in a small town called Cabuya. We felt very safe and at home in Cabuya, and all the locals were nice and welcoming. It is close to Montezuma where you can find many good restaurants and shops, as well as beautiful beaches for surfing and swimming. You can easily get there by bus or taxi. "We stayed in Villas Solar for three weeks, in one of the two upstairs units, which included a large, lovely porch. The unit is quite roomy, and generally quiet despite being on the main road. "We always enjoy Chiquita and we do bring lot of our client and family You always have great worker This time the breakfast quality was not that great Then we propose the tour for the lumino to our clients 40$ per person was way deceiving for what our client saw Then it seems that you are short in employes Could not order drink in front of the lagoon For sunset Had to go at the bar Small things that we never had to complain about before Just saying it to help you keeping the quality standing of Chiquita We love your place and enjoy every time "

"This is an excellent place to stay for people on a budget because the rooms are beautiful and I have a super high wood beam ceiling and with air-conditioning and everything was clean and neat and we paid less than $55 a night! Plus it was right near everything and the staff was very helpful and they have common areas we can cook your own meals and it’s very very affordable really great price for what you get! If you are a light sleeper and this might not be the room for you because the traffic from the street makes a lot of noise but that doesn’t bother me because once I’m out I’m out! "
