This brand new home is the perfect getaway for friends and family!

This brand new home is just waiting for you!  It comes complete with everything you would want on your vacation.  It has 3 bedrooms and is perfect for family and friends to enjoy Tamarindo and Costa Rica!    The open floor plan in the living room and kitchen offers indoor/outdoor living space with views of garden and pool. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliders open up to a patio shaded by a wooden pergola with a sound system. The master bedroom glass sliding doors open up to its own private patio, facing the pool.  High-end finishes are featured throughout the home. The community offers green zones as well as a children's park.  It is only 1 mile from Tamarindo beach and  a 5 minute walk to Tamarindo's largest grocery store.
