• Full beach club access is $5 per day, per person; free for children under 10.
• The Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club closes for two weeks in October (exact dates vary), but we give you access to Langosta Beach Club for a $10 entrance day pass (regularly $20). Enjoy the restaurant, bar, a beachfront pool, and kayak rentals, just 20 minutes from Pinilla

Construction nearby: We want to be transparent with our guests—there is ongoing construction next door. While occasional noise may occur, we've reduced our rates significantly to compensate. Amazing on all fronts. One of my favorite memories of our whole trip is when we pulled up and got to explore the property our whole crew (3 families - 6 adults and 7 kids teenagers) were completely blow away. It was an incredible place to stay for our vacation. 100% recommend everything about this place!

A slice of heaven on earth
This property was amazing! It is even more beautiful than in the pictures. Our group of 14 had a great stay here. It is easily accessible to lots of the small beach towns in the area and Mariam was incredibly helpful throughout our stay answering any and all questions quickly. We would go back in a heartbeat, highly recommend!

A Slice of Heaven
A magical week in paradise for our extended family ages 4 to 76. We had delightful afternoons in the pool and sunset swims in the ocean. Howler monkeys, gray fox, and even Pacific green turtles and iguanas kept us company. We could not have asked for a better way to close out 2023 and start 2024. The staff was excellent in every way.

Fantastic home in a great location!
Our family loved this home. The property was immaculately maintained and the onsite housekeepers and gardener were amazing. We rented golf carts and used them to get around the community. There is a beautiful beach about a 10 minute golf cart drive away. We snorkeled in front of the house during low tide and explored the tide pools that form out on the rocks. The howler monkeys hung out in the trees next door and we saw lots of iguanas, birds, and baby sea turtles. A perfect stay for all ages.

Wow, just wow!!
The photos of this property don’t do it justice. The gated golf community where this property is located is also beautiful and secluded so you feel safe and secure. The rooms are all gorgeous and the beds extremely comfortable. I don’t recall anyone in our group of 14 complaining about their beds or sleep. The pool is amazing with an infinity edge that overlooks the beach. The management staff at “Stay In Tamarindo” were SOOO helpful and made our stay extra special and stress free. A big shout out to Mariam who fielded a ton of questions from our group before and during our stay. I can’t say enough about this property - stop searching and just book it!

Absolutely Incredible!
Our stay at Casa Costa Blanca was absolutely incredible! I can't say enough about the exceptional service provided by our property manager during our recent group stay in Costa Rica. From the moment we inquired about booking the property to the day of our departure, Elsa our property manager went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of. Booking accommodations for a large group of 17 people can often be challenging, but Elsa made the process effortless. Not only did she assist with booking the property itself, but she also went the extra mile to help us arrange transportation, excursions, and dining reservations during our stay. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. We spent most of our days lounging by the infinity pool, surrounded by breathtaking views of the ocean. I would highly recommend booking with this property manager to anyone planning a trip to Tamarindo, Costa Rica. Her dedication to ensuring their guests have a memorable and stress-free experience sets them apart, and I look forward to booking with them again in the future.

Cannot say enough great things about this property
First off, the house is absolutely stunning. Plenty of space for everyone, especially outdoors. The pool was the #1 spot for everyone for sure. If we weren’t in the pool, the tidal pools were a great place to hang out for sunsets and beach time. Mariam was a fantastic host and always there when we had any questions. The housekeeping crew was constantly keeping things tidy and helped make a few breakfasts and cocktails for us. We used Flamingo foods for a majority of our breakfast lunch and dinners and they were so wonderful to have so highly recommend them! There is an identical layout of bedrooms and living space on each floor so we often hung out downstairs while they cooked upstairs. It’s only a short drive from Tamarindo which is amazing. Definitely check out Lola’s (10 minute drive) and the beach club (5 minute drive or ten minute walk) - both were quite lovely.

Peaceful Paradise
Our week at Casa Costa Blanca was so relaxing and peaceful! The outdoor space and pool are second to none. The sunset views from the beach are stunning. The staff takes care of all your needs. The concierge, Mariam, is so helpful and efficient in planning everything and answering all your questions. We used the airport transport service and had rental cars delivered to the house. This was very convenient and we were happy to have our own vehicle for trips to Tamarindo. We used a chef service for a few dinners which everyone enjoyed. We loved Lola’s, Pangas Beach Club, and Dragonfly for restaurants. The Beach Club on the property is very nice for lunch and swimming at the beach with availability to rent surf and boogie boards. We enjoyed zip lining, horseback riding, golf, and a sunset catamaran cruise. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this property is. We will definitely return to this peaceful paradise!

WoW!
Our family of twelve (including 4 small children) had an absolute wonderful time! Location, Location, Location! This home is absolutely in the best spot. With its own beach and awesome Bocci Ball area. We were always busy enjoying the ocean, enjoying the Bocci Ball, enjoying the awesome pool or enjoying the food and beverages prepared by our wonderful staff! Everything was really accessible by golf cart! The beach club, the golf, the mountain biking. The individual suites were well appointed, and the home was just totally excellent in every way. The gated community gave our family a wonderful sense of security. Excursions? Yep! All secured by our unbelievable host, Mariam. Every family member voted this trip as the best and Costa Blanca played a very special part in it. The young kids loved collecting the Hermit Crabs and then letting them go. Everything was perfect!

Wonderful Week at Costa Blanca
Our family of 10, six adults and 4 kids had the best time! Very pretty, very well taken care of home with a truly amazing pool and cabana area. We were outside almost nonstop! We arranged a few excursions thru the concierge Mariam who was very helpful with planning before and then during when we needed rides, hired masseuses or had questions. We had a fishing trip, zip lining and hired a wonderful Chef and his wife Adriana to come to make dinner one night. We rented two six seater electric carts to get around to other beaches, the Beach Club ( lunch, pool, rented boogie boards) and Lola’s restaurant. The house staff was excellent. Great breakfasts and any appetizers or pico or smoothies you would want, they will make. William is the maintenance person and was around if anything needed to be fixed or worked on. Highly recommend Costa Blanca! We did not rent a car so we did need to hire a car to go into Tamarindo for groceries. It was fine, but next time we will plan our food shopping a little better. We went in three times. Auto Mercado was an excellent grocery store.

Absolute Paradise
Stayed for a week and this was literal paradise! The location was great - close to Tamarindo and anything we needed. The concierge helped us with ALL last minute items we asked about (rental car, surf boards, etc). The property is within a gated community and we felt completely safe and at ease during our stay. You pretty much have a private beach all to yourself - it is rocky and not very swimmable during the day but still gorgeous and we did snorkel some! The pool was more than enough for us to swim. Rooms are LARGE and everyone had enough space to spread out and be alone if they wanted too. Outdoor space is the best part - we grilled every night and loved how much outdoor seating this house has - couches, loungers, tables, etc. I cannot say enough good things about this beach house, we made so many memories here we will cherish for a lifetime! The only minor thing was construction next door got very loud during a few days of our stay and we did have a slight issue with the hot tub. The concierge Mariam was always on top of sending the pool crew out to look at the hot tub but for some reason it did only work for a little more than half the days during our stay and the other half it was cold/jets did not work. WOULD NOT HESITATE TO BOOK even with that issue and we plan to return for a reunion trip in a few years !! Amazing service and zero issues!! Thank you so much Mariam!

Amazing property for large groups!
We had 10 adults and 9 kids and the house was perfect! Plenty of room, adults slept soundly and I disturbed. We spent so much time in the pool and back yard. Kids played wiffle ball in the sand below the pool. Concierge took care of everything! Great stay!

Wonderful vacation for family of 14
We visited with our extended family (ages 14-81) over Thanksgiving and couldn't have asked for a better experience! Our group of 14 was more than comfortable and we loved the house, pool, and location. We rented 2 large golf carts for the week which made traveling to the Beach Club and JW Marriott easy. We walked from the Beach Club to Lola's twice and enjoyed surfing and lunch (the walk is just over a mile). Our housekeepers were lovely and kept the house spotless. Mariam made the whole trip easy - arranging our airport shuttles, golf carts, in-house massages, and recommending caterers (we had 2 dinners catered at the house). We bought most of our groceries in Tamarindo on a day trip early in the week. Next time, we'll be more organized and buy more in Tamarindo. We supplemented our food with trips to the market in Hacienda Pinella, but supplies there were limited and expensive. We highly recommend this property and hope to return!

Wonderful Costa Rica Vacation
Over the past 4 years we have rented 5 homes for family vacation. This home was great and had plenty of room for our family. We had one issue with the AC in a bedroom that was never properly repaired, but AC can take parts that need to be ordered. House keepers and manager were wonderful. The house itself is within a gated community, which includes a JW Marriott. There is a beach club that is available for use of residents and guests. The beach was vacant most of the time unlike may beaches in Costa Rica. Plan on needing transportation rent a car, as Tamarindo and Playa Flamingo are about 30 minutes away. While there we had an accident and found the emergency health care in Tamarindo to be excellent. While the clinics are not equal to the ones in the US the doctor and staff were excellent. We needed an X-ray and had to be taken to another clinic to have the X-ray taken then back to have a shoulder reset. Great service. All in all this is a vacation that was easy, lovely and very private. If you are looking for night life, and hustle and bustle for a vacation this is not it. If you want to have family time undisturbed, read a book and just relax this home is perfect.

Fun time in Costa Rica
Recently took my family to Casa Costa Blanca in Costa Rica and had a fabulous time there. The home was spacious and clean and the outdoor sitting area was perfect. The housekeepers are so sweet and kept the home looking clean and tidy. The swimming, surfing beach is about 10 minutes drive from the house with a pool and food items. Great time had by all.

We had 10 adults that stayed here. The property is exactly like the pictures. The outdoor patio and pool are amazing. The service was top notch. They set up excursions and rides for us and everything worked out perfectly. The breakfast they made was delicious. This house is a 20-25 minute drive from most restaurants, stores, etc so if you don’t have a car you need to plan ahead for a ride. We all loved this vacation and would definitely stay here again.
