Playa Langosta is a high-end neighborhood in Tamarindo, Surrounded by multi-million dollar homes and exuberant nature, this is the best place for vacations.
It is located a short 2-minute drive on a brand new cement road or a 15-minute walk where you will be able to see monkeys and exotic birds along the way.

The beach has tide pools perfect for little kids to discover colorful fish and your occasional octopus.
Towards the estuary (less than 100 from the public entrance) you have calm and refreshing waters with plenty of shade and right in front of it you have the local's favorite surf spot, It is common to see lots of people with their surfboards walking around or even in their bicycles.

There is a store with all the products you need and 3 restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Tamarindo is 1 hour away from the Liberia Airport, you can arrange shuttles or car rentals through us with special prices and discounts.

Our concierge team at RPM will make sure to assist with any transportation, tour/activities, and will be available if you need any help or have any question.

Casa Sirena is located on Langosta Beach, less than a mile from the restaurants, shops, and activities of Tamarindo. This stylish 4 bedroom home defines luxury. Picture yourself basking in the sun, walking on the beach, floating in the pool, and relaxing under the sheltered rancho on your private deck overlooking beautiful Playa Langosta, while the Pacific Ocean rolls in against the beach, just steps below. With its location, amenities, and attention to detail, this villa captures the essence of Costa Rican beach living.

Upon entering the house you encounter a lush garden with cast stone fountains and tropical pools. Three bedrooms surround the gardens, and have ensuite full baths and beds that look out to the tropical garden. The master bedroom opens to the infinity pool, and has stunning views of the pool and ocean, as well as an outdoor sitting area perfect for reading. With four bedrooms and five baths, the villa sleeps eight comfortably.

The custom designed kitchen is fully equipped with state of the art appliances and gas stove. The family room, kitchen, and dining areas are part of one great room that open onto the deck and pool area. The covered outdoor dining area on the deck has a gas grill, refrigerator and prep sink. The villa is fully air-conditioned, with temperature controls in every bedroom.

The tropical landscaping, hardwood doors and cabinetry, cast stone water fountains, ceiling fans, custom kitchen, and vaulted hardwood beamed ceilings are truly luxurious. No matter where you are in the villa, you have a view of either a garden, the ocean, or both, and plenty of spaces to enjoy a lively conversation, an intimate sunset, or a quiet reflection. Great setup, suite style living with koi ponds leading you to common area. Best room in the house is the pool area- proximity to Pacific huge plus - would stay again in a minute!!

Great property
Fantastic property that was true to listing. Had a few questions once we arrived and management quickly responded to all our needs. Beach was a short walk from the house and the golf cart was helpful for quick trips into town for anything we needed. It was also convenient to have ability to utilize the beach club when we wanted to spend the day at the beach. We really enjoyed being at the house using the pool and the outside area.

The house is beautiful. The pictures were very. True to its beauty. We enjoyed the location and enjoyed our golf carts which we used to go into Tamarindo. Lola was very pleasant to work with, and helped us with our adventures. We enjoyed her chef recommendation Luis!! Best meals ever we used them for two dinners and one breakfast.

Beautiful home with amazing management
This home is beautiful and unique. Each bedroom offered guests privacy. The staff at RPM truly goes above and beyond to ensure a wonderful vacation. We used them to book grocery delivery, excursions, golf carts and Chef Christian. All were wonderful and seamless! This location is just far enough from town to be quiet but close enough to explore. A five minute beach walk south takes you to a great surfing location! Our adult children and two teens really loved it!

All I can say about this property and the management group is, WOW! Upon booking the house, Lola (Tropical Vacations By RPM), was nothing short of spectacular. She assisted me in every way possible for the weekend getaway that we had, helping set up groceries, excursions, directions, transportation and everything in between. The house itself is out of a movie. Perfectly located, extremely clean and tranquil, wonderfully set up for numerous couples or 6+ guests. I would love to give this entire experience MORE THAN 5 stars. THANK YOU LOLA and Tropical Vacations by RPM for making our trip so memorable!

Wow wow wow
What a great house! From the moment you walk in to the tropical koi pond to the amazing ocean view from the back patio you feel how special this property is. We loved all the Costa Rican art in the house. We have stayed in other rentals in the area but this house really reminds you that you are in Costa Rica. The house is beautiful and very well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen. The rental company is also very easy to work with and helped with transportation and everything we needed. We loved the privacy of having all the bedrooms detached from the main house and they all have their own en-suite bathrooms, all with outdoor showers!! We loved every bit of our trip.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and I love that it was just steps from the beach. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. All rooms separated which allowed for family time as well as privacy. Love the indoor/outdoor showers. Gardener kept the pool, patio, and pond well maintained. Peace by the Sea
What an amazing stay we had! This house is not only physically gorgeous but its warm inviting energy is felt throughout. It's as if the owner's intent was to fill all your senses at all times. The water and land gardens, the pool, the ocean,and the artwork were all breathtaking!!! I often found myself peacefully admiring my surroundings. From a practical sense, the bedding was comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and there was more than enough area for family time or alone time. Management Company was always helpful with any questions or tours we wanted to do in the area. I have 3 children in their 20's and it was a perfect gathering and vacation for us all. Pura Vida!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a beautiful home in a beautiful location. We stayed for a week in July, and would have stayed another if the house was available. While this may be a difficult setup for families with small children, it was absolutely perfect for us, as everyone had a very private room with its own bathroom. The outdoor space is amazing, and the sunsets are unrivaled. The walk to Tamarindo on a beach of sand and lava rock is a bit over a mile, and is beautiful. Walking into town on the road is easy for those that are able. RPM was fantastic from start to finish, and addressed any little issues we had very quickly. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat. My advice? Rent the house now before someone else does. You won’t regret it.

Great Location
This is our 5th trip to Costa Rica and we stayed at this property for almost a week. The property is beautiful and relaxing and very well stocked. The house was very clean and the welcome gift was very thoughtful. The location is awesome. There a few great restaurants within a 5 min walking distance as well as a grocery store and downtown is about a 20 min walk. We saw Monkeys and huge Iguanas around the property. We rented a car but it was a waste of money. There was no need to leave the property. We had our two kids with us ages 4 and 8. The main house has the master bedroom, kitchen, and living room so the kids slept in separate cabanas on the property with a walkway over the Koi pond. The Koi pond is very shallow but if you have young kids this is something to keep mind. The kids loved the Koi pond, the pool, and the beach. They were never bored and didn't want to leave. The code were given to the property to check in didn't work and it took multiple calls to get ahold of the property management company so that is why there isn't 5 stars for check-in. There was also an electrical failure on the property that happened in the middle of the night which is common in Costa Rica and someone I spoke with at the management company wasn't very nice but they had electricians out the next day which was great. They had someone stop by twice to do landscaping and he cleaned up all the leaves and sand outside which was a nice perk. I would stay here again and I hope you are lucky enough to stay at this property, we had a great time.
