Casa Tamar Luxury House Private Pool - Tamarindo Playa Langosta

This luxury four-bedroom villa is situated within the premium gated community of Preseve Tamarindo. You will find an spacious living room with a modern fully equipped kitchen.

Just steps from the beach and about fifteen minutes on foot from the downtown Tamarindo. Enjoy the private pool and the deck where you will be able to have a bbq with your friends and family.

The gated community has direct access to Playa Tamarindo (3 minutes) and Playa Langosta (1 minute)

All four bedrooms in the villa are well-equipped. They each have air conditioning and en-suite facilities with waterfall showers. One of the master suites comes with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds, which is perfect for families with 3 or more kids. Rooms are independent between each others so you can enjoy of your time together with the group in the living room, kitchen and outdoor spaces, and relax in your room when needed.

In the kitchen, there’s everything you’ll need to prepare light snacks or more formal dinners for up to 10 people.

With so many amenities within the villa, you will be truly spoiled during your time here. The outdoor space has many charms of its own including an outdoor dining area, swimming pool, and outdoor living area.

Privacy is assured at all times as Casa Tamar, which is situated in a gated community with 24h security guard. The indoor and outdoor areas merge seamlessly to create the feeling of one large overall space to relax and enjoy yourself without a care in the world. Waking up in the villa every day is an experience you’ll want to last forever.

Perfect spot!
Everything about the house and location was excellent. The ensuite bedrooms were spacious and each had a separate entrance from the outside, removed from the kitchen and living spaces, so were very private and quiet. The infiniti pool was lovely and our family and grandchildren spent a great deal of time enjoying it. The kitchen and living room area is huge so that nobody is on top of each other and with 9 people in the house it was such as asset. The management company was very easy to deal with. When we arrived we had no hot water in the showers but they sent someone to fix it within 36 hours which was much appreciated. Very safe location in a gated community and a short walk down to Langosta Beach via a private road and access gate. I would highly recommend this house for family gatherings or to share with 3 other couples. We rented a golf cart to get around which was so useful. The walk into town is about 1 km - not bad in the daylight but being able to drive home after dinner was a blessing. Great restaurant just across the street - "Fish and Cheeses" that serves delicious pizza and good pasta dishes. It also sells frozen pasta to take home to cook and has a deli to purchase cold cuts and cheeses. They also make their own bread which is available for sale in the afternoon and they have a wonderful gelato stand that our grandchildren (and adults!) took advantage of every day. We all agreed it was an amazing vacation.

Best of all worlds.
I rented the property to host my three adult kids, companions and grandchildren. Of course things change and one of my daughters got pregnant and could not fly in February so a friend replaced her. The fact that the 4 bedrooms each have their own bathroom, room safe and separate keys for entry assured independence. Proximity to the beaches guaranteed my granddaughter’s boogie boarding experiences kept them enthralled. Sunsets on Tamarindo beach are spectacular. I had hired the services of the housecleaning staff and they were efficient, professional and super friendly. The private pool and enclosure provided a relaxing area after hectic days zip lining, mud bathing, estuary boat rides and other activities. The grand dining room,kitchen and sunken living room are of the splendour only found in magazines. Truly awesome 16 days. Luc Bourdeau

We were a mix of 5 adults and 2 kids ages 6 and 11. The location was perfect. Everyone liked Tamarindo beach better than Langosta beach. The Italian restaurant was also good and easy for pizza and gelato.

Amazing place. Everyone has their own space while also can mingle in the pool and loft. Loved the stay felt safe and saw monkeys in the trees near us. Carlos and the team was easy to communicate with and pleasure using them. Will definitely use them again when I come back.

The overall house was perfect. Everyone was able to have their own privacy. I didn’t realize all bedrooms have locks. We had hiccups with the internet but Francisco was quick to respond. I suggest they repair the pool wooden stairs and have plastic cups to use by the pool instead of glass. The beach access definition requires water shoes. It’s a bit of a hike but being away from city life was preferable. I’d stay there again.

Casa Wonderful!
We traveled with my husband and four adult children. This house has four bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, and each with their own door. The common area and pool made us feel like we were in our own private hotel. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and there is an additional bathroom in the common area. The beds are very comfortable and everyone has their own AC. The sound barrier between rooms is great too! Short easy walk into town and to two beaches. Gated community. Great Italian shop/restaurant across the street! Concierge set up 5 star tours all around and we extremely responsive. Would definitely return to Case Tamar and would definitely rent from the management company again!

Great spot for the price
We picked this place up last minute , cause we had move from our beach side villa , so if your looking for a basic place to stay with 4 couples or less, then this property is set up for that. It has a big great room with a dininh for everyone. It's very secure, in a gated community, close to town , but far enough for it to be quiet. Pool is nice. Feels like your own little compound. All in all. Great for the price

BEST STAY
This was one of the best places I have ever stayed. Each room had large bathrooms, air conditioning, and individual locks which made everyone in the group feel safe. The concierge service was immensely helpful with each detail of our trip and made travel and planning so easy. The only one small thing I would say is that the pool was mainly in the shade which made it a bit cold to swim in but we spent 90% of the time at the beach which is so close so it wasn't a big issue. I would 100% recommend it.

House is perfect for families. Has a great indoor/outdoor space with a great pool. There is an awesome Italian restaurant right across the street with the best pizza we’ve had in Costa Rica (Fish and Cheese). Easy walk to the beach and markets and restaurants of Tamarindo.
