"Sama Sama Hotel KL proved to be an absolute winner for our brief overnight stay in Kuala Lumpur. Arriving late on an international flight, the convenience of the shuttle bus from Terminal 2 was a welcome relief. Even though our visit was a quick turnaround – arriving late one night and departing the following afternoon – the staff made us feel like valued, long-term guests. Their attentiveness and genuine warmth were truly remarkable. The hotel offers a convenient golf cart service to navigate the grounds and reach the dining options swiftly. While locating the collection point upon check-in could have been clearer, this minor detail didn't detract from the overall positive experience. For us, the standout features were the excellent facilities and the incredibly spacious and clean rooms. After a long journey, having such a comfortable and well-maintained space to relax in was exactly what we needed. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently kind and helpful, contributing significantly to our positive impression. And the breakfast buffet? Absolutely exceptional! The variety and quality of the offerings were truly impressive. If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming hotel for a short stopover in Kuala Lumpur, particularly with its proximity to the airport, I wholeheartedly recommend Sama Sama Hotel KL. "Best way to end 2024 and welcome 2025. Most relaxing vacation and stargazing at night was an awesome experience. Pool in the villa is just nice for everyday dip and aqua aerobics. Great hospitality of the hotel, inviting us for a NY’s eve cocktails at the Wave Dining restaurant. We will be back again. "

"If only they can change the beddings that are obviously aged more than a decade or two, it would be a more pleasant stay because the management should know well that a good night’s sleep is the utmost priority to guests. All the facilities in this resort show signs of aging but you can feel that the maintenance team has worked tirelessly to make sure all the old items still function well - and yes they do, amazingly, especially the A/C. With that being said plus the competitive pricing which includes a spacious apartment, sufficient local breakfast buffet and unbeatable sea view with the sound of the waves because the resort is really right by the beach, I think this resort can definitely serve the visitors better in the future with possible renovation that takes place little by little. "This place is horrible. Sheets are all full of stains. Shower is full of mold. Towels are full of stain. Horrible, horrible. It was a transfer night for us and we wanted to be close the the airport. This place was rated as 3 stars. If it Wanstead’s late at night, and I had checked the beds first, I would just leave and give up what I paid for another place. Unfortunately it was too late and the grab driver was gone. "
