"Sama Sama Hotel KL proved to be an absolute winner for our brief overnight stay in Kuala Lumpur. Arriving late on an international flight, the convenience of the shuttle bus from Terminal 2 was a welcome relief. Even though our visit was a quick turnaround – arriving late one night and departing the following afternoon – the staff made us feel like valued, long-term guests. Their attentiveness and genuine warmth were truly remarkable. The hotel offers a convenient golf cart service to navigate the grounds and reach the dining options swiftly. While locating the collection point upon check-in could have been clearer, this minor detail didn't detract from the overall positive experience. For us, the standout features were the excellent facilities and the incredibly spacious and clean rooms. After a long journey, having such a comfortable and well-maintained space to relax in was exactly what we needed. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently kind and helpful, contributing significantly to our positive impression. And the breakfast buffet? Absolutely exceptional! The variety and quality of the offerings were truly impressive. If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming hotel for a short stopover in Kuala Lumpur, particularly with its proximity to the airport, I wholeheartedly recommend Sama Sama Hotel KL. "Very convenient hotel situated inside the terminal after security which means you can rest and shower here while waiting for your next flight. They have a lounge area where you can eat - you can use your Priority Pass so that you can eat for free. You can book in blocks of 6 hours and then you can book additional hours if needed. "

"Pictures were deceiving. Staff were incompetent. Messed up my booking. Instead of 2 rooms 3 nights they had 1 apartment 2 rooms. The night staff didnt understand and I had to book an extra room. Overall I had paid for an extra room that we didn’t use cause the staff didn’t know how to make the changes in the system. Place was run down and dingy. We had to change rooms cause it smelled moldy, and WC was leaking. Will not recommend. "

"I checked in and my bed side Lamp was not working. Had to call housekeeping. No hot water to bathe until I checked out two days later. When I checked in, it was 10 pm and raining. I had no help to get to my room which was in a jungle and me dragging my bag into a dark unknown. I hated it. All wet and tired. No onceirge….? Toilet paper nil. Tissue paper nil. Very scarce and basic amenities. Considering i paid for premium water front chalet. Absolute let down. Will not stay again. "

"Best way to end 2024 and welcome 2025. Most relaxing vacation and stargazing at night was an awesome experience. Pool in the villa is just nice for everyday dip and aqua aerobics. Great hospitality of the hotel, inviting us for a NY’s eve cocktails at the Wave Dining restaurant. We will be back again. "
