"Checked in later than 3pm. Was assigned with an untidy room. The staff quickly replaced the room for a better one. A bit disappointed with the hotelier not replying my message. I asked if they have clothes iron. Ended up bringing my own but they already have one in their closet. Waste of energy imo. I like the bathroom shower though. I award the hotel 3 stars out of 5.
