"Excellent helpful and friendly reception staff - helped us book trips, were very knowledgeable about anything we asked and always checked up on how our tours or day went giving a very personal touch. They sourced taxis, looked after items we got delivered and sorted laundry for us. Excellent English too. Breakfast was great - the freshly made banana pancakes were our favourite. The location was great - very close to Hoi an memories show and about a 20 minute walk to the main market area, but on a quiet road so very peaceful. There are also free bikes which made cycling a bit further out very convenient. The room and facilities were pretty standard, always clean and in good condition. Only criticism was the shower did take a long time to warm up! Thanks for a wonderful stay, I’d definitely recommend staying for your Hoi an trip. "

"I absolutely enjoyed my stay. From the moment I of check in, I wished I had booked a longer stay. The hotel was beautiful, food was good, stay also amazing. I was very happy here and it was walking distance from a lot of shops and activities."

"I have stayed at this hotel previously and it is very nice with friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast is very nice and the Internet has a good connection. The hotel is located about a mile or so from the old town but it is easily accessed by taxi. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to walk if you feel inclined to do so. The only fault I would give it is that the bed and pillows are quite hard but overall it is a nice place to stay."

"The property is a few blocks away from the main area and super walkable with lots of restaurants. The hotel restaurant was great. I really enjoyed this hotel but the only complaint was that my room had a really bad musty smell. The staff are fantastic and very helpful. Anna at the bar was super friendly and she makes a great cocktail. "
