"Rating is defo off. The place is clean, cheap and safe etc. The owner/manager is never, never, there. No-one is there actually, but son kids of the family. It's completely a soul-less place. Given that it's cheap, I normally wouldn't complain, but when the cleaning lady who effectively did everything in the house tried to charge me USD 45 for two bottles of water and 2 kg of laundry I just had enough ..."
