"This is a lovely apartment, beautifully furnished and appointed. It has a stunning view, telephone wires apart. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived. We had a couple of niggles but they were addressed satisfactorily by the owners. Take their words about the hill to the apartment very seriously. You need to be fit and able to deal with it."

"Whilst the property was clean, it needs a lot of work and updating. Felt dark and shabby. Photos of how close you are to the harbour are misleading. Outside area was in need of work and lounger covers badly stained. "

The kitchen was a great size for cooking Xmas dinner, and it was very well equipped with plenty of cooking utensils, dishes, baking trays etc. The huge fridge freezer was brilliant for catering over the Christmas period. "We really enjoyed our mini-break stay in this lovely roomy well-presented and clean apartment so close to the sea front promenade and 10 minute walk from the town. There was a little noise with entry /exit of upstairs residents. Really good value for money. Thoughts for improvements: TV capable of receiving terrestrial channels and the bedroom would benefit from a better more comfortable mattress. Highly recommended and we would be happy to stay again."

"Number 1 Afon Y Felin is an excellent property which was clean, modern and nicely presented and importantly, very good value for money. The property manager, Craig, was absolutely on top of his game and ensured that any queries were addressed promptly and efficiently. Having an electric car charging point is a superb feature for the increasing number of EV owners. Having rented in Abersoch many many times over the last 30 years I wouldn't hesitate to recommend No 1 and I commend the owners...
