"I can’t say enough positive about this hotel. If more stars were available it would have received them. The property was very clean and well appointed, but more importantly the staff was 5 star. Everyone you met was friendly and professional. They greeted you with a smile and a real desire to be of assistance. More hotels could learn from this. No, it may not be a Ritz-Carlton but the staff made you feel like you were in one. Kudos to Holiday Inn Express and Suites for making this stay a most enjoyable one. "
