Your average hotel. Nothing spectacular or negative. Staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast seemed like a hodgepodge of things. Although I will say food was individually wrapped.

The young lady at the desk was very nice and courteous. The room was clean. The main reason I chose this hotel was the laminate flooring in the room. I don’t like carpet in the rooms because it’s usually dirty. The main complaint was the bed was terrible. It felt like the mattress was on top of concrete blocks. Also, the carpet on the 4th floor hallway was very dirty and needed shampooing.

They told us that they would give us clean towels after 2 days instead of three. So we never got the clean towels. Maybe they'll give us Credit to come back when we come again! And because we left at 5am this morning, I asked them to email me a receipt. Thank You!
