"We stayed at the Ridges Resort for Christmas while visiting family. The Pros: The resort's main area had floor to ceiling windows, overlooking a beautiful lake, a lovely Christmas tree and a warm fireplace. Definitley felt warm and cozy for the holidays. The rooms were clean. The cons: The resort was a bit on the outdated side. it took 10-15 minutes for the hot water to kick-in once the shower or sink was turned on. Overall a good stay. Very quiet without a lot of activity. "

"Pros: location was convenient to the main areas of Helen. Main part of our room was nice- new carpet, nice large TV and stand. Three beds and a sofa which gave my family plenty if room for sleeping and the room was large so we could spread out. Cons: bathroom was tiny, shower was tiny (maybe 32” x 32”), large gaps around the door so you could see through them, paint was all over things that shouldn’t be painted (I’d hire a new painter), no place to hang clothes, breakfast was very limited with...

"The staff are friendly attentive and on it!! So clean and I mean deep cleaning everyday I watched for 4 days and let me tell you when you witness an employee on her hands and knees cleaning a base board and elevator walk pad I was impressed! Breakfast was great minus eggs over cooked omelets and the sausages all under cooked yes BROWN THEM DUDE or DUDET lol all serious great clean hotel and breakfast was yummy . Bed hard as a rock only flaw I bought air mattress laid on top made it 4 nights...

"We have used this facility several times over the past 3 years when we come up for archery competitions. The facility is great. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and very well set up. The grounds and restaurant are really good. There is a very nice shopping center adjacent to the property that offers other dining options and stores for anything you may have forgotten to bring. I highly recommend the Lodge. We will stay here a few more times this year. "

"Stayed at this property numerous times over the years. They’ve made wonderful updates and it truly feels like a mountain lodge with an amazing bar and gorgeous seating area. The restaurant was closed so we didn’t get to try it. Would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet escape to a truly charming inn. "
