"Anna was just a delightful host - because we came in late, we asked if she could provide us a simple meat/cheese tray (at our cost of course) and she provided a 4 course home made meal!!!! It was fantastic and we ate leftovers for our entire stay. The villa is just beautiful and had everything we needed and more - be sure to come in warm weather to use the pool. It's a perfect home base to explore the area - but be prepared to drive the curvy roads - which is half the fun! "

"The property was exactly as listed - beautiful scenery and far away from neighbours so that you feel comfortable in your own bubble. Due to heavy storms we had a couple of issues with cloudy water and power going out, but the only thing outside of the hosts abilities was changing the weather! Whenever the power went Chiara and Davide came to our aid instantly and were nothing short of understanding and amazing every time. Cannot recommend this villa and host enough. 15/10."

"What a wonderful location , peaceful and relaxing Fabio and Loretta were amazing hosts we felt like family . They were available at all times to help us navigate our needs. "Es ist das letzte Haus an der Straße in dem kleinen Ort, also kein Verkehr, nur Ruhe😌. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich👍. Wir sind angekommen und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns sehr gute Empfehlungen von sehenswerten in der Nähe geschickt, welche perfekt auf uns gepasst haben. "Wir waren 1 Woche in dem Haus, wir hatten leider Pech mit dem Wetter, aber Licio (der Eigentümer) hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und uns viele Vorschläge für Aktivitäten gemacht. Das Grundstück ist riesig und besonders für einen Urlaub mit Hund geeignet, da es rundum sehr gut abgesichert und eingezäunt ist. Unserem Hund hat es sehr gut gefallen. Licio war sehr zuvorkommend und hat mehrmals den Pool für uns gereinigt. Auch der spontane Besuch unserer Freunde war kein Problem - Licio brachte...

"The legendary beauty of Tuscany is on full display. Rolling hills full of grapevines and olive trees as far as the eye can see. Very remote but also very beautiful. The villa has plenty of charm and space. Small issues due to the age of the place: unstable hot water and heating, awkward kitchen. But these are minor. We were lucky to be there at harvest time and local wineries were a real treat. "

"We had a brilliant stay with communication leading up to the holiday being excellent. Azzurra is such a lovely woman, very helpful and provided a beautiful house for us to stay in with everything you would ever need. Hairdryer, washing machine, dryer, iron & board, everything. Even the coffee capsules for the machine were all included. The house is brilliant, with a large master bedroom, smaller second room and double sofa bed downstairs. "Arezzo is a quiet town and excellent location to tour around Tuscany. The old town and sites are beautiful. It is easy to walk around and the apartments are well located to stores. The kitchen and baths are beautifully appointed. Stefano the host and owner took great care in restoration of this Renaissance palazzo. The apartment is on the main floor. And there is a beautiful one on the floor above - piano mobile. There is a beautiful private garden as well. "
