"A very pleasant and comfortable hotel with very willing and helpful staff. The room was well appointed with coffee and tea facilities and the bathroom had lovely double shower. We liked the open breakfast room which doubled as a bar/restaurant later in the day. Breakfast was good value with a selection of cold and hot foods. I would have rated it 5 stars for value, staff and comfort but we had a couple of housekeeping issues. "

"I liked everything about my stay from the room to the gym and the spa which was all included with the booking. It is very central and has direct links to the major parts of Manchester. I stayed here for 1 night for a Gracie Abram’s concert and it was a lovely treat for the morning after! Only small minor issue I would say is that it wasn’t made very clear how to get to the gym/spa during my check-in.
