"The hotel is fine, but unfortunately is in a very awkward location, right by the highway, no chance to walk around. Anything you wish to do has to be by car. Probably too expensive for that location. "

"Best to stay in Downtown Concepcion. Compare to El Araucano this has a real parking lot. That's what make the difference."

"The staff was friendly, and parking was easy with parking in front of the hotel and behind a secured gate. Breakfast every morning was good, fresh fruits, cheese, meats, bread for toast and the staff made scrambled eggs for me each morning. I did not use the pool but looked clean. The room was also very clean and room service made the room each day. Would recommend. It is a little further out from the downtown area but a short drive to the Mall and into the Downtown area."
