The staff went way out of their way to send a driver to pick us up, despite changing schedules, communication was perfect, and personal, they arranged wonderful guides. Location near port and medina (old town) both lovely and convenient. Clean comfortable rooms, with access to walled garden, great food in rooftop restaurant. Cannot say enough good things! "

During our check-in, I was feeling quite unwell, and they treated me like family, which I truly appreciated. Mr. Houdaifa, in particular, was exceptionally supportive. The food was delicious, and our room was stylish with an amazing view. Overall, we had a marvelous experience at the St. Regis, thanks to its outstanding team!"
