First of all, my mother and I were cut with a glass on top of one of the restaurants tables; staff dismissed these. My mother bled a lot from her cut. Brought it to staff including front desk staff. 2ndly, towels seemed old and beige from not being properly washed-white origin. 3rd, toilet smell bad. Otherwise, room was nice but I do consider it too expensive for the service received.

Unique and authentic property with a friendly and helpful staff. The Dining room and roof top terrace were fabulous. The location is unbelievable. The bedrooms are small and dated and need some upgrades and updates.

great location, center of the hustle & bustle. Beautiful Riad and room was gorgeous. Service personnel were very friendly. Uncovered issues with with multiple plumbing problems - shower drain was clogged; toilet had issues - and I was told, sorry, the Technician (plumber) is gone for the evening. We needed to take a shower, so we asked them for another room. After asking for a solution/remedy multiple times they gave us another room - but it was super tiny. So not only did we have the inconvenience of dealing with the issues, then we had to pack & move to another room; and we were moved to a smaller room after having paid for the suite - and nothing was taken off the bill.

The decor was lovely and authentic, the food was very good, staff were very friendly, helpful and hospitable. The room was clean but bathroom tile around shower needs regrouting and floors were lethal when wet. It was very noisy at night but due to be expected in the Medina However, we really enjoyed our stay there. Glass elevator was a great touch.

Small rooms as I think most Riads must be. Our room was overlooking the street so it was quite noisy. The restaurant was excellent and the staff was most helpful. A lot of money for what you get, but that also be normal. I would not stay there again because I prefer a hotel over a Riad. Live and learn!!

This place was in a fantastic location! The porter met us and our driver at the parking lot to help with our bags. The staff was lovely and the breakfast was by far the best we had during our entire stay in Morocco.

Palais Zahia had a hammam which we used for a scrub & a massage it was excellent. The property is easily located & in front of a busy street. Our room was front facing & the bustle of the streets during the day made for fun photos and videos but it continued into the night so if you’re a light sleeper, make sure you get a back facing room. The food here was also amazing, the lamb mrouzia was one of our best meals. I would easily come back here to stay & this time have some drinks on the patio above which is great for people watching. The staff were incredibly kind & friendly & helpful.

Stayed for 2 nights in early October and enjoyed being in the middle of Petit Socco area where there are lots of shops and dining areas. Location was very clean, staff was superb and food at hotel delicious. Location of hotel was also close to many attractions and easy to get to. Also close to the port. Highly recommend!!

We took a ferry from Spain and upon check in at Palais Zahia were invited to relax in the dining area with tea and cookies. The hotel is located among all the shops and restaurants so everything is close, although be prepared for a bit of walking. Breakfast offered quite a variety and we found the staff to be helpful. The air conditioner didn’t get the room as cool as I would have liked but it was comfortable

It was an older property centrally located in the older walled city. It could use some upgrades but the staff was very attentive. We went on a couple tours with Lina that I would highly recommend. Walking tour of the old town and a driving tour of the surrounding areas. I would also recommend the restaurant which provided live music with traditional stringed instrument

Lovely place in the heart of Tangier, great staff
Lovely place in the heart of the old town/medina. We also booked the driver to pick us up from Tangier Med (which is much further than the port/marina in Tangier itself and it was great and the driver really good and friendly but just be aware of the distance). Staff amazing, helpful and friendly and the restaurant lovely. When we arrived, we sat in a lovely little seating area and were given tea.
