"Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was nice. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. There are a few good restuarants and cafes in walkong distance from the hotel. It is close to the airport."

"This isn’t our first time here; we love it and our 2 young girls have a blast. The experience is always great. My only feedback is for the hotel to focus on some details that would go a long way in making the place even better! If towels are dirty, please throw them out. It’s the price of business. And table cloths should be washed and new ones put on tables after each meal. Easy fixes that will go a long way in making everyone feel more at ease! "

"Don't book this hotel ! Food is terrible, cleanliness and food hygeine appalling, 5 days out of 7 someone defecated in the pool and it was then closed and the gym is a death trap. Entertainment team constantly hounding you throughout the day to go to their very mediocre evening entertainment Sort it out Phenicia - just appalling"

"The breakfast buffet was great, and the rooms themselves werent bad at all. The staff however, extremely incompetent, very slow to do things and very unwilling to help out. We'd sent an email detailing our arrival time and requesting an early check in, to which theyd agreed 2 months in advance. When we arrived however, they told us they had no rooms available and that we were going to have to wait. Took ages until the manager got involved and then it sorted out. "I chose this property because it was popular and close to my in-laws. Everyone gives it raving reviews, so I booked my reservation months ago. I was also told by former employees that this place used to be Better and it is now way different from how it used to be before.
