"We booked this hotel because the Food and Beverage Manager assured us they could handle our daughter's nut and sesame allergy. We had all our meals (breakfasts and dinners) in the hotel. I can say after a week, they handled our daughter's allergy with care. In particular, the breakfast manager alerted us to stay away from many foods which I appreciated. The evening chef also took time too cook my daughter's meals separately which we appreciated. My mother is a vegetarian and they were also accommodating to her needs. Everyone here is really nice. The lady who makes tea by the indoor pool, the evening front desk lady (can't recall her name), the breakfast waiters, the dinner waiters, the maids, everyone). Even the guy who cuts lawns took time to show us some rabbits and chickens. Thanks to him too. The grounds are immaculate. Not a crumb in site and everything is top notch. The food was good in the restaurant and especially good at breakfast. Beds are super comfortable. This hotel was an oasis after returning back from our day trips each day. Good job to the entire team and thank you for a perfect stay. The only thing I would change is adding a 2nd bench to the weight room somehow:) "

"Lovely room, emaculate, a shower and soaking bath, even a second bathroom. Three meals offered daily, the excellent and complete breakfast is included with the room. Meals are available during Ramadan. I really enjoyed my stay and would certainly recommend Novotel Tunis Lac "
