"A truly wonderful find. The home is warm and inviting, full of beautiful cosy touches - woolen blankets, hot water bottles, fresh flowers everywhere, interesting books and history. And a great fireplace! The garden is absolutely lovely and we struggled to drag our little boys away from it on our last day. "Lovely comfortable home for extended family stay. Once firewood was sorted (thankyou) fire was great for heating whole house. Spectacular views from main bedroom and lounge plus decks. Very close to Akaroa. Unfortunately didnt get email re checking in arrangements but sorted quickly once we got someone on the phone!"
