"The location, check-in and overall experience at this very well appointed property was above and beyond our expectations. The roomy apartment, the roomy baths and showers and the comfortable bed were such a welcome sight after several hotel stays on this trip. There is one small bedroom with a double bed , the size of a box room and it is not possible to walk round.There is small child’s Ikea bed off the side of the kitchen and the third bed is a sofa bed in the living area. "Very nice apartment unit. Close to everything. Front desk staff super friendly but it was not available for 24 hours which was a bit inconvenient. I booked a non-smoking room but the unit had very strong smoke smell when We first got in. It was obvious that the previous customer smoked! It was terrible, we had to open all the windows for a long time to get rid of the smoke smell. We couldn’t get a different room because we were told that was the last one available. "

"Absolutely loved this hotel. The self check in is confusing at first but you sort it out in the end. Super clean and you get access to other facilities at the Gran Hotel. However the communication was a bit confusing as we didn’t realise what we had access to on the last day there. Staff were so helpful when we left luggage with them. The bathroom is the best! "
