"Our stay at Cosmos Hotel Taipei from April 13th to 17th, 2025 was yet another wonderful experience, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Miss Tian Xiao Lan (Room Attendant for Room 815) and the entire team. Miss Tian’s attention to detail, warm hospitality, and dedication to ensuring our room was always immaculate made our stay truly comfortable. Her kindness and professionalism reflect the high standards of service at Cosmos Hotel. This was our third stay at the hotel, and as always, the entire team—from the front office, bell hop, housekeeping, and the 17 Café staff —made us feel warmly welcomed. Every interaction was filled with genuine care, making us feel like we were returning home each time. Thank you, Miss Tian Xiao Lan and the entire Cosmos Hotel team, for making our stay so memorable.
