"All of the staff were very helpful in answering any questions, and if you arrive before check-in time you can leave your luggage with them in the meantime. The property itself had all the amenities I needed, and the rooms, bathrooms, and common area were all cleaned frequently. The location is amazing, as it is right by 台北車站/Taipei Main Station and a quick walk to 西門町/Ximending! I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable stay in a good location!"

Common area is clean and has everything we needed. The room is adequate. Shower has good water pressure. Staff service is inconsistent though, some were friendly and some were unfriendly when we asked questions. Overall a good stay and value for money."

"Had a great week with easymind guesthouse Taipei Taiwan. Alex and Kim were great at what they are doing. Being local heroes 😁. They showed me where eat, drink and have a good time. Would highly recommend, a nice quiet space in the lobby. Clean sheets and comfy pillow. They sell beers too so don't need to move from the couch in prder to get 🍻 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. "Property is fairly nice and very aesthetic. Also quite clean! The staff are friendly too! Location is convient, but the entrance is in a shopping area that closes after 9 or so and you have to take a back entrance if you come back late. Bathroom facilities are also not amazing, there are no good places to put your clothes and towel while you shower and there is only one bathroom per gender. Overall quite decent, especially for the price. Would stay again!"

"In the middle of a shopping district, so if you go out for dinner before 7, many local dining options are available. It is also very close to an entrance to an underground mall (B1), which leads directly to the main Taipei mrt station and theexpress to Taoyuan airport. However, there is no elevator, so steep steps to the front desk and narrow corridors may make it difficult to get your luggage to your room. "

"The owner was incredibly informed and invested in helping her guests have the best experience in her city. She provided maps and plenty of information regarding tourist attractions. The staff were incredible. I mistakenly put garbage in the wrong place several times before realizing where it goes, and they picked it up and put it in the right disposal bin without complaining once."
