"Nothing went away from the start. The web site gave us the wrong address and we couldn’t find the right place for a long time. The staff gave us very little help. Finally we found some local people who gave us directions to the place. The place…where do I start. The place was old and had a lot of problems, the bathroom door didn’t have a lock or a latch so it wouldn’t stay closed, the shower drain very slowly, every time we took a shower we would be standing in a pool of water. "The highlight of the hotel was the breakfast area; nice deck with lots of plants. The other features of the hotel were good and the staff was friendly. The area around the hotel was functional, but there was great coffee and sushi 2 minutes away."

"房間很大很舒適，設備齊全且乾淨，床也很好睡。唯一缺點是早餐有限定時段，因為是當天訂房入住的，熱門時段已預約滿了，所以選了最晚的時段十點整，入住時有告知用餐到11點並且10:30會陸續開始收拾。但我們10點到餐廳時有些東西已經沒有了也沒有再補，如果要限定用餐時段的話，是不是應該也要保障最後入場用餐的客人的用餐權益？總之這點非常扣分，希望能改進！"
