"Home was easy to find, very easy to check in with auto lock on the door - great idea. Super convenient for visiting the Dunedin area and sights. Comfortable bed, lovely sheets - good shower room. If large group staying at house would struggle a little with dishes in kitchen. Bare essentials there and good, just lacks large bowls and serving dishes. Would recommend."

"Really enjoyed the location. Was able to take long walks on the beach while still being close to Dunedin for access to its restaurants. House was large enough for multiple adults and had both washer and dryer which was convenient as this was a stop in a longer trip. We really appreciated the electronic keypad entry since we had people coming and going on different schedules. Would definitely stay hear again if I was ever in the area."

"We loved the Professor’s house, great jazz wonderful books, beautiful views and a cosy house what more could you want on a winter break. Felt special to share in his wonderful family home. "Wonderful secluded retreat near the ocean - almost new condition - has everything you could want in terms of amenities and short walk to a remote beach with so few people you will likely not see anyone else. Beaches are not for swimming - but for walking and admiring the ocean. Great place to recharge and relax. There is a gravel road off the highway to access the property (drive takes about 20 mins but conditions is good). "

"A little out of town but that suited me perfectly for the reason I was there. The setting and gardens are beautiful and the rooms are lovely. Quiet, clean and well equipped. If traveling with a dog there is a specified, fenced, off lead area which is just fantastic. This was my third stay and I will definitely stay again."

"Property had a bizarre bathroom set up. The toilet was in a separate room with no sink to wash one's hands after nature had called. We had to walk over to the opposite side of the apartment to a different room that had a shower and sink in it. This was very inconvenient and obviously not very sanitary. Apartment was cold and took quite a while to heat up. Luckily we are used to heat pumps so we understood this. Parking is only good for a smaller car. Our rental fit in without issue (Ford Puma)...

"The only reason I am marking this down is because there was a grand total of the kitchen. There were no sponges, tea towels or dishwashing supplies. There wasn't a full set of cooking equipment so it was difficult to cook for a group. The plates, glassware, mugs and cutlery etc. were cheap and unmatched.
