Escape to this gorgeous, custom-built home, nestled at the edge of Tahoe National Forest. Perfect for year-round recreational activities, the house sits just two miles from Lake Tahoe itself, Kings Beach, and the Tahoe Vista Boat Launch. Multiple restaurants, a casino, and Northstar California Resort are within a quick drive. And with the forest as your backyard, you'll have easy trail access for snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and bicycling.

The home itself is perfect for a retreat with family or friends, offering four bedrooms, an open floor plan, and items suited to both children and adults. The kitchen comes fully equipped with ample meal prep space and top-end stainless steel appliances. When it's time to eat, dine at the gorgeous wooden dining table. The comfortable living room offers a serene space to sit, tune into movies, and enjoy the warmth of one of two fireplaces.

Each of the four bedrooms is decorated with wilderness mementos and plush linens. Off the primary bedroom, indulge in you-time when you sink into the jacuzzi tub. Additional interior perks include an extra sitting room with a fireplace, board games, and a private washer/dryer.

A true focal point of the home is the outdoor space, where you can spend as much time as possible playing games, sinking into the private hot tub, and practicing your barbecue skills on the gas grill. The stargazing is stellar from the balcony, and s'mores and fireside chats are inevitable around the firepit.

This vacation rental is not equipped with air conditioning.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
