Get ready to escape your worries at the stunning Aspen Street Getaway. This one-of-a-kind spacious home boasts spectacular lakefront views and direct beach access. Relax in the comfort of this home after a full day or outdoor fun no matter the season. With a fully fenced in yard, there is plenty of space to build snowmen in the winter or bask in the sun during warmer months.

In the summer, guests will love biking to Tahoe City to skip the traffic. And with direct beach access, beachside fun is never out of reach. This home is perfectly positioned for winter activities as well. It’s only a short drive from the ski resorts.

Inside, lounge on the plush sectional after a full day out and about. Gather in the kitchen in the evenings to spend some quality time whipping up delicious meals together. In the evening, take drinks out to the deck to take in the breathtaking lake views and enjoy the fresh air.

THINGS TO KNOW
No large parties of any kind.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Most amazing stay!
This house was amazing! All of the amenities were perfect and you can’t beat the location. All of the rooms had a bathroom which made it so enjoyable for our whole family. We made so many memories on the deck, playing cornhole, swimming, and lots more. We would absolutely love to come back to this beautiful home!

Tranquil!!
From the minute you drive up to the house to the views, the spacious rooms and the amenities, there is a great sense of peace, tranquility and comfort. If you're looking for a place where you can feel comfortable and relaxed while looking at a gorgeous view, this is the home.

Spectacular home near Tahoe City
This home was the perfect spot for a chill weekend on the lake for my friends and I. The home comfortably fits 10 adults and has a great outdoor space for lounging, playing cornhole and even for our old pup to roam around. The kitchen had everything we need and we were less 10 min away from town. There’s a nearby park should you wanna do morning hikes and a private staircase access down to the beach. We 100% will be back again next summer.

Property might be worth the trouble…
The property is beautiful and we loved the home. However, there were massive inconveniences: Broken front gate (we had to manually open/shut) Broken shower (downstairs bedroom) Dirty jets in all tubs (shot black stuff out on our children) Broken disposal (sink closest to living room) No air conditioning (falsely advertised in ad) We arrived to completely fill trash bins. Garbage was overflowing all week. Unannounced visitor to property (scared my wife and property managers claimed they had no idea someone was coming by, which was more unnerving). No code to lock on bbq (property managers took a full day to respond which altered plans). It was complete amateur hour on behalf of the property managers. Just completely clueless about the property and how to operate it.

We are 4 older adults-all over 60 and have rented in Tahoe for 20 years. Unfortunate when we got to home after long drive no keys in any of 3 lockboxes. After hour we called Vrbo and Vacasa. After much confusion Vrbo said up to local team.another hour later kind woman on her day off gave us owner key code to get in and said someone would be by to get us right keys and show us few things in house. This didn’t happen until next day.. but at least we were in. The next issue was the house picture totally misleading. The upper lovely balcony and view rooms upstairs were locked and not available to us. Just owner. Frustrating. Not only shut off but made rest of house super dark. Then the overall cleanliness. Stuff like regurgitated food in sink crumbs in and on surfaces and furniture major stains on carpets. On a good note the location the cute exterior and beautifully maintained grounds great! This is the first time with VRBO I have had bad experience and left negative review. In addition, the booking was confusing. We got confirmation with Vacasa and then later got confirmation from you all at higher price an additional $977. Which we would like back Only 1 confirmation should come even if third party. Later when calling about a few questions it took 2 hours to get someone at VRBO who threw the ball back to local team Vacasa. Much too much wasted time on what should have been a nice vaca. We requested cleaning deposit back from Vacasa as they saw the issues and we want the $977

Home Caretaker
Hello, we stayed 5 nights. This home is beautiful with gorgeous lake views. That being said. The home caretaker should up at 9 am on our 4th day and walked to the back of the house. My husband was sitting on the deck and the man startled my husband. The caretaker stated that he needed to get in the house to work in the upstairs master which is not accessible to guests. We asked that he come back the next day as that is when we were checking out. He stated we were supposed to check out that day. Incorrect. I notified the Vacasa and they said they we’re not informed of any work that needed to be done. After a few more back and forth we learned he was the caretaker. He continued to tell us we shouldn’t have used the wrong keys to get in the house. He made us feel as if we did something wrong. This was our 4th day relaxing on the beach having a great time. He said he would just be in master bedroom and only be a few min. We said ok. Next thing there is another man in house. 2 of them walking around house , in laundry room etc. This made a very awkward situation. He would just walk past us in the house going through cupboards in laundry room. He again told us we shouldn’t be using the Key to the front door. He asked what codes I was using. And to top it off he took the the key to the front door when he left. Never mentioned that he took them. We kept them on the counter. He came in and took them. We have been going to Tahoe for the past 12 years in June and never had an encounter like this. Vacasa was apologetic as they did not know anyone was coming. We thought about leaving that day. He made us feel we shouldn’t be there. We took care of this house as it was our own. Very beautiful home but a very uncomfortable situation with the caretaker of house.
