"Receptionist did not provide proper directions on where to get to the elevator to get to the room…very frustrating… walking around looking for the elevator. too many staff directing to queue to get to the hotel reception desk but don’t seem to know what they are doing"

My wife and I were able to rest comfortably each night. The view from the balcony, esp in the evening was amazing! Kudos to Eric, Karlo and housekeeping staff for excellent customer service!! "
