"Overall property was good. Heater in the game room worked good and kept us warm. Great for a short/long stay. A little smaller than expected but worked great for my group. Only issue we encountered was burnt food/product in the oven which created smoke but we were able to clean that. Other than that we had a great time!"

"Pros: The space was offered plenty of room for everyone to hang out. It was equipped with all the appliances we needed to make meals. We enjoyed spending time in the cozy living room, and playing foosball in the basement. The location near the Delaware Water Gap is a highlight -- we had a great hike on a nearby trail.Cons: The sheets in the master bedroom had some old food on them and did not seem to be fully washed, which was disappointing and made us question the overall cleanliness....

"The stay overall was very nice with a good size backyard. The lights kept flickering when we would turn any appliance on. Other than that the house was pleasant."

"My wife, 1.5 year old son and two dogs stayed here for a week and we absolutely loved it. Less than 30 minutes from really anywhere you would want to go and for it being a big neighborhood, it was nice and quiet. The big hits for us were the open floor plan and obviously the hot tub. We turned the side room into a play room for our child and it worked perfectly. The game room is awesome as well and brought out our inner child. Would definitely recommend to other families."

After requesting checkin instructions multiple times from host for three days by myself AND VRBO customer support, with no response whatsoever from the host, I texted her directly and FINALLY got a response back almost 2 hours later, leas than 20 hours before checkin, stating “oh sorry I’m going have to cancel your reservation. The property wasn’t supposed to be available on VRBO… mind you this was booked AND paid for in full months ago! Thank goodness for the help of the VRBO...

"This property was the perfect size for our large group of about 15 adults. We are an outdoor group that wanted to celebrate Friendsgiving together, where we could all cook a dish and relax. This spot was perfect for that; there were so many bedrooms, and all the bunks were full-sized. It's also SUPER close to the gorgeous state park for paddle sports and hiking! Cons: One bunk - was too close to the ceiling to use - thankfully we didn't need it. As it got colder the hot tub wouldn't heat...
