"こちらの宿はまずスタッフの対応がとても良いです。そしてお風呂の数も多く日帰りの利用者もいて人気があるみたいですね。部屋は3階で遠くに見える夜景がとても良かったです。家族で来ましたがまた来たいと思える宿でした。満室の日でしたが食事中の混雑もなく静かに過ごしたい人にお勧めです。"

"It is a very small hotel in a very quiet small town. We didn't feel very impressed when we first saw the hotel. After we checked in and went to our onsen, it was so amazing and then our fantastic dinner. It was Wows!!! Everything was so perfect, relaxing and so peaceful. We also felt in love with the town. It was so peaceful and didn't want to leave. It worth every afford to get there. Love love it so so much!!!"

"Extremely remote (nearly a 3 hour bus ride from Kinegawa Onsen Train station into the winding mountains) which was both an adventure and unnerving. Made to feel like a foreigner with little help in understanding the cultural norms as a newcomer to the onsen experience. The in-suite onsen option was incredible, providing both privacy and ability to enjoy the experience as a newcomer free of the "ritual" imposed but not well explained for use of the public hot pools. "長岡大花火大会の際に夫婦で利用しました。長岡駅からは新幹線で一駅の浦佐駅から徒歩3分ほどの立地で便利です。また、浦佐駅前にはコンビニもあり助かりました。ホテルの施設は古い為、ウォシュレットは付いてなく、また冷蔵庫も小さい為、たくさんの食料品はは入りません。冷凍庫はないので不便な点もあります。シャンプーがリンスインのタイプですが日本人の髪質には合わなくて、髪の毛がクシ通りが悪かなるので、コンディショナーを持参することをおすすめします。 エアコンの効き具合は良かったです。フロントスタッフの方は優しい対応してくれました。"
