"My Mom needed especial care so the staff went above and beyond to help us with the wheelchair. The breakfast was simple but nice, exactly what is needed to start your day in the City. The reception staff always friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and suitable for any needs. We had many doctors appointments for my mom. JTowers is very well located in the city. We reached all hospitals very fast. Also being in Nápoles Neighbourhood, there are plenty of options for food, a mall,...

"I had to ask for another room because the shower curtain was too short. When taking a shower water covered the floor where the toilet was. I had to wipe the water up wth a towel. The hotel staff understands very little english. When moved to another room, I didn’t have pots which I had in the first room. When I received a pot, it was removed the next day. I had to request another one. There were very few guests at the location. We were there 5 days and I think we only saw only two other guests....

"Casa Frida canceled my reservation without notice and in a snap Very easy way I could find a reservation at Nido. This is a wonderful place to stay. I am happy that I got the cancellation because I discovered very good place to stay in Mexico City"
