"The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The food prepared by the hotel kitchen was very good. The hotel is in walking distance of all shopping and restaurants. The hotel was very secure and safe. Overall, this hotel was a great accommodation for a stay in Juayúa. "

"We were 3 families and all with kids and we did not once feel crowded. The only downside of it all, that was not a big issue was the AC. They did the job just did not get as cold as we would of liked. They did take a while for the rooms to cool down. El senor Juaquin was very helpful and assisted us in any thing we needed. The property manager was very fast to reply when I had question. Over all, our stay was amazing! "

"The views are breathtaking, the staff is lovely and the convenient location for hikes is amazing. I would only advise visitors to either go with a rental/their cars or have drop off/pick up already planned ahead as is not easy to get transport around. "
