"We have stayed here 2 years ago and where impressed, sadly not this time we booked a king and got 2 single beds. This was remedied straight away but the view we wanted and got with the first room was disappointing. Also the bed was not comfortable we ended up with back ache."

"Fantastic hotel, close to the city centre, and just off Oxford Road. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and modern hotel. Super comfy super king bed, bonus of a coffee pod machinemd a shower with standard and rainfall heads. The restaurant was lovely - busy at breakfast, but no shortage of food (which was delicious). Highly recommend, and will definitely stay here again."

"Place is nice but some staff act like they never seen black people check in to stay by the looks of it. I went with my friend for a weekend break and only went in the pool once, was nice but even the supervisor made us felt some type of way when we said the next night we gonna dine in, he asked in a weird way"oh you staying till tomorrow " we was gonna go at him but because as a black person we knew they expected us to be loud and ghetto (which we are not but can be) we just took our meal and...

"Easy check in. Sat in bar for a drink, fantastic atmosphere. Room was just ok. We had an inner room, which overlooked the courtyard. Felt a bit cave-like and dark. Bed not comfortable for my taste and pillows very poor quality."
