"Best view, very clean property. Staffs are super friendly and welcoming. Value for money. Love the peace and nature of it. However, we encounter road roads on the way to hotel, and need to transfer to scooters instead. Road works starts from 0730hrs to 2100hrs, so plan your trip to the city area well if you’re carrying your luggage or bulky items. I’ll give this hotel a perfect score. "Green Sapa Homestay feels like home. The host was so kind, and the location couldn’t be better. Breakfast was fantastic, and we stayed warm and comfy with the heated blanket. Highly recommend!"

"All staff were super helpful with all our requests when we had checked out and had a long wait for our bus, particularly Maria and Nhi. Property is super modern, rooms are clean and comfortable, and a lovely breakfast! Location is very central, we loves this hotel and would return if visiting Sapa. "

"I came in a night bus so i had to pay more to check in very early morning, which is fair. The room is a little outdated and the air is dump, maybe because i was in the downstairs floor. But it was comfortable and the area is great a lot of restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel is not working but they have great view on the roof. The suff was amazing, they helped me with everything i needed, made me tea when i was sick."

"The property is clean and quiet. It’s like a home away from home. The owners are really very accommodating, very helpful in everything. They’re like family and the wife cooks really delicious food. The husband is accepting tour for a fee which is so convenient for us. We hope to return maybe next year and stay in the same property. "

"Amazing stay at KK’s, our room on the 13th floor had the best views and comfortable beds ! Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. Sarah at the front desk was most helpful, helping us to book activities and following up with us every morning. It’s only a few minutes walk from the center, so it’s been great to be a little further than all the action while still close to it. We really enjoyed the pool and the gym as well. The only downside was the never ending construction next door, which is obviously beyond’s the hotel’s control. "

"I highly recommend this place. In the center of Sapa, has its own restaurant. If the owner invest in a coffee machine will be so much better for breakfast as we all want a good cup coffee before starting the day. Xuan ( Selena), front desk staff is excellent service. Our first time in Sapa, Xuan was helpful and resourceful. Would come again! "
