"My only issue is that I waited at the airport for over 20 min for the shuttle that is listed in the hotels.com description but the hotel doesn't have a free airport shuttle service. That should be corrected so that others don't have the same problem. I eventually ubered it. "

"When I first got there the woman at the front desk was VERY rude with an attitude. It was dark all the way to finding your room. First thing I wanted was to take a nice hot shower after a day at the beach. Let it run for SEVERAL+ minutes and water was ice cold and didn’t even get warm. On our way down from the room we found a ROACH on the ground. Told the front desk lady and she was rude and acted as if she didn’t care. I will NEVER be booking there again and hope to receive my money back...
