"When I first got there the woman at the front desk was VERY rude with an attitude. It was dark all the way to finding your room. First thing I wanted was to take a nice hot shower after a day at the beach. Let it run for SEVERAL+ minutes and water was ice cold and didn’t even get warm. On our way down from the room we found a ROACH on the ground. Told the front desk lady and she was rude and acted as if she didn’t care. I will NEVER be booking there again and hope to receive my money back...

"Parking was easy. The hotel was nice. Walls are thin and we could hear the conversation of the people in the room next to us. It’s near the university so that was nice. The restaurants around campus are just Ok; nothing great, just OK. The staff was really nice. The coffee and tea in the morning was a nice touch. Definitely recommend this hotel. "

"We turn on the a/c because it was very warm in the room, it ran all night but it never got under 74 degrees. It was difficult to sleep. On a good note, the water pressure was amazing, the towels were soft, and the shampoo/conditioner/body wash was terrific as well."

"This is our second time staying in this hotel. Our overall experience was good there were a few things that could be improved on. We checked in with 2 adults, unfortunately we had only one towel, one hand towel and one washcloth. Our sheets did not fit our bed. They were too small. They fit the head of the bed but not the foot of the bed. We also found the use of the indoor pool was very inconvenient. Over all a good experience. We would stay here again. "
