"The kind lady at reception gave us a complimentary upgrade to a one bedroom apartment, which was very spacious. The desk staff were helpful, the location convenient to central Cronulla, the bed was comfortable and facilities were clean. Would stay here again if visiting the Cronulla area."

"Shower floor slightly slippery/grimey but otherwise toilet, sink, kitchenette, bed and room quite tidy and clean. Air conditioner did have a dripping sound constantly, but worked well/fast so could turn it off after it cooled the room. Very cordial and no fuss service at reception both on check in and check out. Overall reasonably good."
