"We wanted to find a pub with good food and close to Rutland waters to go biking. We stayed at the Fox and Hounds in Exton for 2 nights. It is situated next to a beautiful grassy square of big, mature trees. Big, safe parking area. The pub area is gorgeous, lovely big fireplaces, variety of seating. "The room was lovely, the bed was super comfortable and unlike a review I'd read on here (which nearly made me not book this hotel) the King size bed was a full king, not just two singles pushed together. The only small gripe I have is the fridge was quite noisy and was annoying when trying to sleep. Would stay here again for sure. "
