"It's a nice little place but I struggled to find it in the dark because the door is hard to see and the three words guide didn't work. Once I got in the place was really cold and took a long time to warm up, the conservatory/sitting area never got warm. No internet was a disappointment. That said it served my purpose, the bed was comfy and I would stay again. "

"I booked this for our family for a surprise for my husbands 60th. We had a long weekend and it was close by for us but what an amazing place. Thoroughly enjoyed by all we had a great time and would certainly go back - also had a private chef for one day which finished the weekend off"

"We both thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The rooms were well laid out and tastefully decorated. The hot tub was a fantastic way to unwind at the end of each day. We enjoyed feeding the peacocks and managed to take some fantastic photos of them. The only thing that we missed was a dishwasher, as this was advertised but not there. Although there was a washing machine which was not mentioned! Would be happy to return if we plan to visit Suffolk again. Overall, a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable place...

"Cutlery drawer smells musty, has cutlery been put away wet. The accessibility is limited, the toilet is difficult for a wheelchair user and can only be reached in a small wheelchair, similar problem with the shower. I use a standard manual wheelchair and I struggled."

"We needed a weekend away as a family as Christmas wasnt as expected with an unexpected loss of a loved one. This cottage offered us all the cosiness we needed to be together, but space too! The kitchen is a beautiful room to enjoy together. The lounge cosy with its ligburner. Then the annex was an amazing space with its pool table. Great space for our teenagers to enjoy. "This really is an absolutely stunning apartment, whoever decorated it has impeccable taste. The owner had thought of everything, too - so many thoughtful touches. Check-in process was super easy, and location great - right opposite the beach, with easy access into town (about 8 mins walking distance). There's something lovely that's hard to describe about the apartment, too - the light is beautiful, the colours and decor are very soothing, there's a lovely vibe about the place. Highly recommend."
