"Just what we wanted. Perfect little cosy cottage within walking distance of Southwold. We had everything we needed . Comfy beds and we loved the little log burner . Would definitely book again . "

"The place was spacious and made an excellent base for exploring the Suffolk area whilst being really quiet. Shower wasn't great but they'd provided all the utensils you'd need for cooking and enjoying your stay. Bed had a rubber cover and there was a noisy liner under the bed sheet which made it very warm but it was comfortable. Decor and furnishings are fairly budget but it's good value and ultimately a nice space to relax and enjoy the evening after a day out exploring and walking."

"A very friendly host. Great location for walking on heath land and the Suffolk coastal path. Within easy reach of Minsmere and Sutton Hoo. Thorpeness is a very interesting fantasy coastal resort developed for the wealthy in the early 20th century. Worth a visit for its architecture alone."

"Potts Cottage sits within the wider Potts Croft property, looking out over a small garden, which in turn is tucked away behind the church in the middle of Ufford.The cottage is cosy and well-appointed - with a well-equipped open kitchen diner, and small but comfortable living room area. "This place is outstanding. It’s a lovely location in a quiet village a few minutes walk away to the shop and pub and within minutes your in the countryside exploring the WWII history on offer. It’s very quiet and safe and free parking right outside the door. The cottage is very nice and is a mixture of modern bits mixed with old but has a very well stocked kitchen, a large comfy living area, a down stairs bathroom and toilet and two upstairs bedrooms. I will definitely be back."

"Beautiful cottage in a brilliant location for getting around Suffolk. We enjoyed days out to Orfordness, Sutton Hoo and Framlingham Castle. The view at the back of the cottage is simply stunning. "

"Communication from owner was clear, friendly and helpful. Property is fairly quiet, with lovely sitting room and log burner. Master bedroom was nice with plenty of space around the bed and openable windows to get the temperature right."

"Xmas decs in the property were a lovely touch. Excellent for our dog, lots of walks and property very suitable. Need instructions for cooker hob as never worked with it before. Also no instructions for air fryer and latest microwave. Everything else was lovely.microwave "

"This property was basic but perfectly comfortable and in a stunning location! The lane to the property was very over geown and unfortunately my husbands car (which has low clearance) was unable to get down it. But the owner soon dorted an alternative for us. The neighbours ford focus had bo problems so i would say this wont be a problem for most! Access down to views over the estuary and walks from the house was great. No wifi but perfectly good signal for 4g - or a good excuse to go off grid....
