Special request made at time of booking for room with walk in shower accommodated. Enjoyed a delicious evening meal in restaurant - service and food excellent. Breakfast wasn't the usual "help yourself buffet" due to the hotel being quiet, but portions were more than generous and food was well prepared and piping hot. Minor issue with payment for room which was rectified immediately when it was discovered and staff very apologetic. "

We stay often at Crawford burn another Galgorm hotel which is more suitable for couples for a relaxing stay.overall nice overnight stay and good value for money. If you were going with a couple of kids ideal."
