"We love to support small farms when we travel and this was a convenient location in between our plans in Portland and Acadia. The cottage is at the top of the hill with panoramic views. "We enjoyed our 10 days at Loon Cottage on Toddy Pond. The place is gorgeous. All amenities. We wanted for nothing. Even citronella candles and lighters were available. A flashlight for when the power went out for an hour or so (the entire area was affected). Extra batteries, super responsive and friendly host (Chip) and a lovely time all around. Peaceful and tranquil, right on the water. You can hear the waves lapping with the windows open. A dream."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Overlook. The view was fantastic, use of kayaks & fire pit was great & we totally relaxed with our pup. The only thing we could have used was info on where the transfer station was, how to get the bedroom TV to work (we figured it out, though) & a starter roll of paper towels. Aside from these minute issues, this is a wonderful cabin to escape to! I’d definitely stay here again! "
