When you come to this house you will remember all the time how you enjoy your weekend. I WELCOME ALL TO MY HOUSE You will have very unique house with 4 bedrooms fully furnished and lots of space inside and outside. You will see on pictures what is waiting for you. Nice neighborhood, quiet to relax and close to shaping areas. Only 5 minutes from Woodstock Center where many activities happen .House is packed with many extra things in price including. You will NOT found house like mine with SO MUCH stuff inside for GUESTS. 2 refrigerators ONE KOSHER, 2 BBQ ONE KOSHER. You will have very nice weekend when you arrive. Plenty outdoor seating, activities. Very nice for, crispy air good for you to clean your lungs. Sauna good for you to clean your skin and airway. 100% you will be VERY HAPPY you choose my house. Grocery store 10 minutes drive, bakery 10 minutes drive distance, water park in Montecello 15 minutes drive, summer time lakes around house, winter time ⛷ one 3 exit drive. Restaurants 10-15 minutes from your house. Farmers markets around house. You can bring your family and your dogs anytime welcome in my house so you can enjoy your weekend with your family and friends. You will have 8 beds together in whole house 4 bedrooms and additional areas with sofa beds for sleeping, additional 4 air beds with extra blankets and pillows. 12 guests will be very comfortable. You can have additional guests before you talk to me. Early check in available before you need to contact me. If you plan to have extra guests only for couple hours NO problem. You can cook inside and outside in gazebo 2 BBQ available. 2 fridges. sheets.pilows extra available. Available many cooking supplies and 2 stoves.

Swan Lake Summer house getaway

Lovely vacation in the Catskills!
Our group of 10 had a wonderful stay in this spacious, clean Swan Lake home. The host provided a fantastically complete kitchen and well-stocked refrigerator and pantry. We chose this location for its proximity to a concert venue, but would love to return just to hang out. The house is large with many places to gather for games and meals, and numerous spots to retreat for some quiet time.

Awesome Place!

Family birthday celebration
Our mother enjoyed this property and the time spent with family. The house was able to accommodate 13 of us. The decorations and stocked refrigerator, in addition to all the snacks, kielbasa and babka made for an extra special occasion. It was appreciated by all. We made use of the volleyball court, fire pit and enclosed gazebo. Thanks for a great weekend!

Beautiful House
We had an absolute amazing time at this house. House was spacious and beautiful! Rooms were spectacular! Jana left a refrigerator full of food for us and fresh eggs in the morning! The view from the decks were breathtaking! We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful spot for a trip to the mountains
We had a lovely time staying here for a long weekend while we attended a nearby wedding. We had a group of 10 and fit very comfortably. The property is huge and beautiful. The porch and huge windows have incredible views of the mountains, especially at sunrise. The unique decor is very fun and memorable- perfect for the mountain setting. Our host went out of his way to make us feel very welcome. We loved the fresh eggs from the chickens and other incredible fresh snacks. The sauna was also a great way to relax. This place is perfect for a group trip or family gathering. We would be happy to return if we ever find ourselves back in the area.

Very great house!
We had a great time at our friends reunion. The house was lovely, with plenty of space for activities and supplies already on site. One piece of feedback I would give us just to be a bit clearer with house rules up front. I didn’t receive any instructions until our first night. But overall incredible, beautiful home that I would definitely stay in again!

We had an excellent time at this propertry. The host was very responsive and took care of everything! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. The house was stocked with everything needed (extra towels, extra sheets, extra blankets, etc.). Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get away and have anything you want at your fingertips! Highly recommended.

Unique and one-of-a-kind house
The property was amazing and filled with interesting decour. The 4 bedrooms were very comfortable and there was enough additional space for some young adults to find space to sleep. The kitchen was well appointed. Outdoor areas were comfortable with an enclosed outside area to cook and eat. The downstairs bar and game room were relaxing and fun. Most of all, our host was very generous and friendly and provided all we needed for an amazing stay.

Amazing property and even more amazing hosts!
Jana and her brother were incredible hosts who went above and beyond for us during our stay. The property itself is gorgeous with a ton of charm. The rooms are spacious and perfect to accommodate a large group. They had everything you could think of— shampoo, condition, plenty of towels, etc. They even left us food, and Jana’s brothers brought us fresh donuts and kielbasas! Jana was responsive and so kind, it felt like we were staying at a family member’s home. We had a wonderful stay and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice weekend away. We would love to return. 10 out of 10 stars!

Hospitality at its finest
Jan and family were wonderful hosts. We had EVERYTHING we needed for our stay. E.g. clean towels, extra bedding 🛌, farm fresh eggs, badminton, ⚽️ balls, and the list goes on. The house is perfect for large groups. We had a wonderful reunion with friends. The wrap around deck was perfect for drinks and dinner during sunset. The field was great for team sports like volleyball and soccer.

Outstanding hospitality
Above and beyond…Jana has gone above and beyond to cater to us. She fully stocked the fridge w fresh food, vegetables from her garden, and fresh rolls. Not to mention delivering polish sausage and homemade doughnuts on the last evening of our stay. While the view and yard are amazing, we spent all of our time in the game room and on the large deck. Highly recommend Jana’s home away from home. <3

In a word - WOW!
The house was incredible, and the hosts were even more incredible! We're a group of guys who grew up together, now in our mid-40s, most with wives and kids, and once a year we go away for a long weekend of eating, drinking, playing poker, and just generally relaxing. And this house was perfect for us - plenty of room to spread out and have our own space, great wraparound deck, and the screened in gazebo came in handy on the one rainy night. And then, the hosts - I had read about the fresh fruits and vegetables we'd find, but we were surprised at how much it really was. And then came the deliveries of homemade kielbasa (fantastic!) and the next day, some delicious fried dough treats (one of our guys knew the Polish word for these, but I'm forgetting it now.) Long story short, five stars and we'd give an extra star if it was an option here. Thanks so much, Jana and family. It was a weekend of extra-ordinary magnitude!

Guys Country get-away for golf/casino.
Excellent property for a larger group of people. We were a party of seven gents over 65 on a golf /casino get away. Lots of space with an excellent game room/bar. Many options of where in or out the house you want to dine, BBQ, outdoor kitchen, indoor kitchen. Seriously you would need to stay more than a week to take advantage of the so many options. Just using the the many options for seating on the wrap around deck would take a few days. It was too bad we were only there for two days. Jan supplied many food staples and snacks. Everything you would need for cooking is available. The house is "eclectically" appointed with many taxidermied animals but is tastefully done. Thanks Jan we had a wonderful time. Five stars.... Amazing!
Just stayed at this property this past weekend with a group of friends and it was everything we could have asked for and more! Jana was the best host and made sure we were comfortable and happy with the house. The house was fully stocked with food/drinks/toiletries/games. There was sooo much to do; the bar and game room downstairs was so fun. Our group had plans to go out and explore the area but we ended up staying at the house all weekend because there was so much to do and we didn’t want to leave! We will definitely be returning over the summer!

Home away from home
There isn’t one negative thing I can say about the house, the location and the owner/host. The home was beautiful and totally well stocked with food, games, towels, and love. The owner is so thoughtful and kind and only wants you to have a great time. The house was immaculate. Not a dust ball anywhere. My birthday is around Christmas and he left the gorgeous 16 foot, decorated tree up!!! Thank you for such an amazing experience. Do yourself a wonderful kindness and rent this house

The only reason i did 4 stars for description was there was a mix up with number of bedrooms, but that has since been rectified. Everything was 5 stars! From the accommodations to the hosts! Jana and her brother were amazing. Immediately responded if we text about anything. When we arrived there were fresh eggs from her chickens along with everything needed for breakfast so we didnt need to go shopping right away. When it snowed they brought sleds and skis. One day we returned and there was a bag of paper plates and supplies for us to use. Another day they delivered freshly made kielbasa and bread. Absolutely wonderful people to work with! Definitely recommend staying here!

Full of surprises!
Plenty of room to entertain with several different seating arrangements throughout the house for chatting, etc. The game room was beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked with food as well as cookware, dishes and utensils. We were brought fresh eggs and homemade sausages in the am. Breakfast never tasted so good! The beds were comfortable as were the pull out beds. We had a total of 11-13 adults on any given night and we were able to afford privacy and comfort to everyone. Also, because of so many full bathrooms, we were all able to get ready for the wedding in a reasonable amount of time. The entire area was quiet and picturesque! The hosts were quick to respond. We celebrated birthdays the first night we were there and the hosts even left birthday presents! Wonderful people!! We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Experience in the Mountains
The three best things about this property. The views off the balcony and the gazebo of the mountains are incredible. For the first time I saw rolling rain clouds slowly approaching an entire valley, thunderstorms in the distance, and greenery for sights. Its serene and undisturbed. The second are the amenities. This house is stocked with everything you can imagine. The third and the most important are the owners. Jana is incredible. They were nice and very attentive and very reasonable and easy to work with. Every morning they dropped off fresh eggs, and were available at any second for any issue. Her and her brother Jan are so kind and warming. Will always stay here whenever I have the chance.

Great House and Great Host
This property was amazing; it was very well-kept, inviting, and has plenty of room to accommodate a large group of guests. It is in an excellent location, and has plenty of board games and movies there for guests to enjoy. It even has a game room/bar/blackjack table on the lower floor! What was even more incredible was how thoughtful and kind the host was. They went above and beyond to make sure that my friends and I were comfortable and taken care of; they stocked the place with food and drinks, made sure that everything was clean and ready for us, and made sure the fireplace was already going when we arrived so that we'd be comfortable and could settle right in. During a cold snap they even dropped food off at the front door so we wouldn't have to worry about anything! If you stay at this property, you'll be staying in an incredible place while feeling like you have family nearby looking out for you. 5 out of 5 stars, would definitely recommend!
