"Please be aware this is a shared kitchen. The property is on a working farm which is off the main road and nice and quiet. Difficult to find the entrance. Look out for the small sign for lower field farm go down a long farm track and you get to the farm. The property could do with some TLC but over all ok. "

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It’s small but very comfortable and was perfect for my simple needs. I slept well - Over Norton is a very quiet neighbourhood. Nearby Chipping Norton caters for all shopping needs and has good roads to all parts of the Cotswolds. Minor niggle: the shower needs a soap dish! John E."

"Lovely clean and spacious apartment right in the middle of town. We thought it might be noisy but the street outside was silent by the evening. No parking on site but there was a cheap and safe long stay car park five or so minutes walk away. We'd stay here again!"

"AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! I tried for the whole week before our trip to contact the host, email, WhatsApp, text, phone, voicemail but no reply. I contacted Vrbo who also had no luck. We were due to check in at 4pm Friday for an event on Saturday. We had to wait until 2pm to ring Vrbo again and only then we could book something else under their guarantee. "Everything was superb. The apartment looked great online but was better in every regard. I never slept better. The owner and staff were just great and made us comfortable from the very beginning. If you want a taste of English Estate Living this is it. I hope I can return again with my wife. I will recommend Greystoke Hall to all my friends and family for an extraordinary stay, if they travel to England. My only comment is that it was underpriced."
